Length of Treatment
Each situation experienced is unique and requires varied lengths of treatment depending on the current status of issues presented. There is a high percentage of long-standing clients who choose to continue with treatment even after their chief complaint(s) have been resolved.
Each session is 55 minutes. Sliding scale may be available, pending availability.
Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted and due at the time of service. You are responsible and required to pay the full fee agreed upon at each session, unless discussed with me prior to our session. I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, however, I am a credentialed provider for Tricare/HealthNet and TriWest, If choosing to use insurance I am able to offer you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If using Tricare/HealthNet or TriWest, I am happy to bill your insurance directly for you. You are responsible for knowledge of any co-payment/cost-share prior to scheduling your first session.
Treatment provides the greatest benefits when the individual, couple, or family makes it a priority and is consistent with scheduled appointments. At times, you may have to miss a scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel, please notify me 24 hours in advance by phone at 858-433-6514 or email at Kellyahearnmft@gmail.com. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or late cancel within 24 hours, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as a professional time commitment has been set aside and held exclusively for you. I will wait 15 minutes after our appointment time and sessions will still conclude on time. For confidentiality purposes, cancellations must be communicated by you directly and not by friends, family members, or significant others. Rescheduling is permitted pending availability for another time in the week.
